Experiencing College Life at a Christian School

In August, eight weeks ago, I started attending school at Grace College and Seminary. After talking to some high school friends who go to public schools, I have realized that attending a small Christian school is much different.     One huge difference I noticed was the community. Also during the weekend I got to meet with the girls in my hall and the RA's. I was happy to have the chance to get to know them all before we started classes because we could compare schedules and get a feel for how everyone was.     Along with that, I got to meet with my breakout group before classes start. "Artsy" Photos

Here are some pictures I have taken that I just think are cool.

Picture the Now

In 2015, I participated in my county fair's fair queen contest. It was a great learning experience and I made so many new friends.  This photo is a group of people from National Honor Society, doing what we did best, volunteering for Feed My Starving Children. I loved being in NHS and FMSC is an organization I'm really passionate about.  This picture is of me and the other seniors in show choir with our director and our ISSMA Small School Show Choir State Champion trophies. Show Choir was a huge part of my life and winning state is an incredible experience.  This is a picture of me and my best friend. We have been friends since 6th grade and we now both attend college together! This picture is of me and my highs school best friends before prom our senior year. This is a picture of me and my younger sister. She is pretty cool sometimes. (: This picture is of my and my parents after high school graduation. I'm so thankful to have them in my ...
