A few days ago began a new year, 2019. With a new year, there always comes new years resolutions or goals and a fresh start. This is always one of my favorite times because usually by December I start to feel in a rut and the new year brings me back to life. Not only have we started a new year, but those of us still in school have started a new semester. This new semester has brought me a new schedule and the planner in me was both excited and stressed. Planning a new schedule, however, has given me the opportunity to incorporate new habits and help me execute some of my goals for 2019.
